THREE COVERED BRIDGES GUESTHOUSE is centrally located…yet we enjoy being “away from it all.” On the mountain road between Moretown & Northfield Falls, we get our name from the three covered bridges, one right after the other, just down the road on the Northfield side of the mountain. You can't miss them...you must cross them to get onto route #12. All year long you can encounter cars parked askew with folks along the road photographing this unusual site.

Some guests come in with groceries and don't get in their car again until departure time. But we are convenient to necessities, a great food co-op, unique shops, delicious restaurants (with famous beer), ski areas and local attractions:

12 miles to Montpelier, Vermont’s capital city

With fine restaurants, theater, shops, and...the state capital!

5 miles to Northfield

Home of Norwich University, and convenient for a quick bite and basic services

Close to skiing

20 minutes to Sugarbush / Waitsfield valley

30 minutes to Stowe

40 minutes to Bolton Valley (night skiing!)

20 Minutes to Waterbury

Home of Prohibition Pig & The Alchemist

(find most of Vermont's renown home brews!)

Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream

Cold Hollow Cider

Great outdoor fun at the reservoir!

50 miles to Burlington

Home of the University of Vermont and beautiful Lake Champlain...and all B-Town has to offer!

However, when you're ready to just relax, without driving anywhere,

there are 75 acres of forest, brooks, & waterfalls right here.
