Rooms & Rates

 

From a solo guest, to groups of up to six (eight is even possible), we can arrange comfortable accommodations.

At this time, we cannot accept credit cards. PayPal & personal checks accepted.

 

Please Note: All rates subject to 9% Vermont meals & room tax.

The Private Apartment

Queen Bedroom

 

The apartment is on the second floor and has a private entrance with covered porch. Enjoy the queen bedroom, living room, fully equipped (sans dishwasher) kitchenette for light cooking, and large bathroom with neo-angle shower. Satellite TV & wireless internet are included. There is a cd/ipod player for use with your own cd's.

There is a second smaller bedroom (double) that can be rented with the apartment... making it a 2 bedroom, private apartment. 

 

Nightly Rate:  One bedroom - $160 per week night for 2 guests.  $175 weekends

                            

Please inquire about holiday rates. 

Extra Bedroom (double)

 

  Rates when joined with apartment rental:

              $40 per night single occupancy 

              $55 per night double occupancy

 

           

The Mint Room

Double bed, shared bath and living area with main house.

 

This room is on the second floor of the main house. Guests share the 'living' space with owner and one kitty. Bath, kitchen, living room and entrance are on the first floor. Bath has claw-foot tub that requires stepping in and out.

Rate: $70 per night (continental style goodies in the AM)
